  • @DB2IBM

This is a video on ERP software implementations, what does DB2 have to do with anything but the underlying architecture? Last time I checked, DB2 is just a database.. select (*) from idiot!

  • One of the most interesting slides in this presentation is the ERP Satisfaction slide. No surprise that a Tier two solution beat out the top 2 Tier one solutions. Another interesting metric is how Microsoft has lower Executive Satisfaction while the Employees seem to love it.

  • This is ridiculous. Don't forget IBM's DB2. Check out my video...

  • For a newbie in the ERP software market like myself, this presentation does great job of introducing the main players and their products, and offers valuable insight in the current ratings, advantages and benefits of choosing one over the other. Thank you for sharing.

  • Thanks for sharing.

The information is very valuable and speaks well of the research capabilities of Panorama.

The presentation proper is just reading the PPT text, so I ended up reading and skipping the voice which didn't add much, so maybe you could be more creative on the PPT side.

  • no surprise, a SI likes the solution best that costs the most and takes the longest to implement.....

  • Just to clarify, Panorama does not favor or partner with any software vendors. In fact, our last 20 client selection engagements have recommended 16 different ERP systems based on differing client needs. This presentation is about as scientific as they come - large, unbiased sample with rigorous analysis behind it.

  • Looks like a good advertisement for panorama consulting. It sounds relatively unbiased --likely, they, like most consulting companies house relationships and consulting expertise that heavily favor a given software vendor. This survey does not sound remotely scientific.

  • this is great, thanks!
