This is one of a few videos I made a few years ago.

The car was crashed my its owner whilest out filming fot the day on Dartmoor - England. It then had to be rebuilt with a new chassis supplied by westfield with the old chassis number. The car has since been sold to someone in Germany. Enjoy the vid

  • I am thinking of building one. From your experience, can someone with basic mechanical experience (road bicycle builder) build one of these?

  • @scotttomkinson Absolutely. Obviously, it does depend on the kit you buy. A westfield for example, slots together nicely whereas a Robin Hood can require more fabricating.

Another avenue I would suggest would be to buy a car that's already registered, strip it and then rebuild it how you want. This will save a lot of time and money that is required to get kit cars IVA'd and registered.

    Good luck

  • nice video, pretty car

  • @fabioandres7223 Thank you for your kind comment.

  • Great video. Really enjoyed seeing Darren's car as I'd heard plenty about it :)

  • @russ20uk It was an epic car, sadly the fast video had to be taken down, it was a little TOO quick!

  • Very, very nice car ;) what engine is inside?

  • I´m in love (:

  • Great vid. Nice leisurely pace to it.

I like a bit of Dido, but I think I would have rather heard that Cossie engine sing on this occasion.

  • Somewhat late in the day, but that is a very "clean' and nice looking car. Excellent presentation......good job!

  • wicked vid dazzy boy!!
