Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds game glitch

I cancelled the beginning of the cutscene where Giles tells Buffy to get the book on the The Magic Box Revisited level - and the models of Giles and Buffy where still there. But every time I paused it, they changed colour! (They started out normal colour).
