My favourite soprano, Edda Moser, sings Elettra's 3rd Aria in Mozart's opera "Idomeneo, Re di Creta" (KV 366).

Strange. Every Moser-recording I stumble across here sounds totally different to the others. Maybe because these aren't the original versions?

Furthermore I simply don't like her voice. It's just...TOO present. Everytime I hear her I have to think 'Please, a bit less would serve the purpose as well!' It's the same with her Donna Anna.

well i accept your opinion... but i think her voice is magnificent. but the singer is a soloist so shouldn't his/her voice be very present?

@TheBasilio Su vibrato es perfecto, el vibrato no es un problema vocal, o sólo que sea un caprino :S pero Edda tenía un vibrato maravillosa y con ese timbre tan espectacular era pefecta para estos papeles :)
