Watch this beautiful slow motion food showreel of tea time treats with falling sprinkles and liqourice allsorts from Caroline Marson shot by Itch TV production and Director Charlie Paul.


Caroline Marson is a food stylist, writer, presenter and home economist from the UK now based in Sydney, Australia. She was Cookery Editor at Good Housekeeping and has authored No Fuss Suppers, Birthday Parties and Party Food for Ryland Peters and Small.

After graduating form the Cordon Bleu Caroline went onto work as a chef and private cook for the rich and famous in Europe and London. She was an outside caterer and chef at Justin De Blanc before joining Good Housekeeping Magazine. Caroline's deep culinary experience comes from working along side big name chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, Raymond Blanc and John Burton Race.

Recent projects have included being the Food Editor of the UK Government's Love Food Hate Waste campaign where she wrote articles, created recipes, food styled and spoke on the issue of food waste for TV and public speaking.

Caroline's experience has resulted in her work being featured in numerous places including Sainsbury's Magazine, Olive Magazine, BBC Good Food, Waitrose Magazine, Homes & Garden, Tatler, Woman & Home, Marie Claire and Waist Watchers Magazine.

Caroline has worked extensively in commercials for supermarkets such as Waitrose, Sainsburys, Marks & Spencers, Tesco, Budgens, Co-op and Aldi. Also food producers such as Dominoes PIzza, Wetherspoons, Hells Kitchen, The Restaurant, Maryland Cookies, Knorr Soup and Coffee Bean Cafe.

She has a unique, creative way of home cooking, that comes from her experience as private chef and Cookery Editor at Good Housekeeping which gave her the ability to understand what home cooks can achieve.

She adapts easily to creative challenges in the commercials world and has gained huge insight and knowledge from cooking with Michelin starred chefs. Combined with her fantastic styling ideas Caroline can deliver the whole package.
