He never says it's ok to rape them, but he does blame the girl for getting raped. A woman should be allowed to be pass-out drunk and not worry about being raped. It's not her fault like O'Reilly here implies.

So a girl gets drunk, doesn't drink and drive, is wearing a short skirt as many 18 year old girls do, is raped and murdered. Then Mr. O'Reilly here implies she was sort of asking for it. I want to say fuck you! You're a fucking Ass Bitch Motherfucker! But I will use my nice words and say that this is messed up. BTW, people, be sure to use correct grammar, a proper vocabulary, and actual reasoning when arguing a point. Insults, bad spelling, and bad grammar take away from your point.

We can all scream at O'Reilly and say, "HOW DARE HE SAY THAT!" and brandish the state and federal laws until we are blue in the face, but we all have to be honest. If you were out driving around at 2 am and you saw a woman dressed in scanty clothes, you would think she is a prostitute. Maybe that's what he thought, but still the whole raping business and murdering is sickening. I'm just trying to make a point. Where were her friends or family? Why did they let her do that in the first place?

Sadly, the whole commentary is not here. He is NOT saying that it is HER fault per se that she was raped and murdered. What he is saying is that it could have been prevented if 1.) She was not out by herself 2.) She was not out by herself and had been drinking illegally 2.) She was not out by herself, drunk when she is 18 and that she was dressed in a fashion that someone MIGHT have thought she was a prostitute.

The man who decide to ake advantage of a intoxicated women who are the only ones to blame. And even if she were freaking naked - it is only the guy's fault she got raped.
