  • I recognize these tones from my late MT-45!

  • Nice to use some flange or echo on.

  • I'd have to disagree a little, because they used to make "serious synths" that were pretty good in their own right. I think its more that they have lost their creativity in recent years. I mean this is the company that produced toy keyboards with full transposing samplers, or with voice changing effects. You just don't see that with any of their newer keyboards though :(

  • most of them, I believe are either designed as childrens toys, or just very portable music toys. But quite alot of them have wonderful sounds :)
