  • CONGRATS!!! A inch is a inch and it can make a good change in your body. slow is good and i know when it's time you will rock it out. How was your 30 dat shred today> Mines was a killer.

  • congrats on the lost inches--those are a much better indicator of success than the scale, anyway. I'm trying the running thing as well with this warm weather--hope it holds out! Don't get too stressed out with school,
