The basic idea of how to think in cause of excelling in GOP.
Pause the video where need be as to study the puzzles in further detail.
The solutions in notation:
Puzzle #1: A(2) + 2e(1) + B(2) + rep.C(2) + att.A[1w1s](4) + B(1) = 12 tick.
Puzzle #2: 2e1s(1) + C(2) + A[2w](4) + B(3) + C(1) = 11 tick.
Puzzle #3: 1w(1) + B(2) + 2e3n(2) + C(1) + 1n1w(1) + 1w(1) + A(3) + C(1) = 12 tick.
Puzzle #4: 1e(1) + C(1) + A[1e](6) + B[2s](3) + C(1) + B(2) = 14 tick.
Puzzle #5: 1s(1) + C(1) + 2e1n(1) + A(2) + 2n(1) + A[1s] = 15 tick.
Notation explained:
-Orbs are named A, B and C from the westmost orbs and respective thereafter. Orbs that are as far west, will be named from southmost and on. (WESN)
-Tick of each action within parentheses.
-Moves that are made while holding orb (orbtrain) within square brackets.
Anything else should be self-explanatory. Though less strenuous to read schematic.

Nice :) I should implement this 'puzzle thinking' in my solo'ing. You save time because you get dragged to the spot you want to stand on, and you save time while doing so. Clever!

@Parmesanio
You should implement it in duoing as well! ... ideally.
I call that of which you just described for "orbtrains", that you described. ;)
