um why would this be an insult. i dont know anything about islam but if people are taking some prayers and actually enjoy listening to them in song form, wouldn't that be a good thiing?

@LOLbackflip well idk but in muslim religion gods name isn't meant to be really sang in a song other than holy melodies but this isn't being used in a malicious intent so i have no objections to it as a muslim myself :)

So I liked the beginning the best, how the sound was beautiful and almost disorienting in a certain way...and then you hear that phrase. To most people that would have little meaning, but to those who have understanding there is meaning.

I'm Muslim and I was shocked to hear AllahuAkbar..but in a good way. I don't find it insulting. A lot of trance music has this transcendent quality to it, which is ultimately one of the spiritual characteristics of types of music. The phrase, AllahuAkbar has a very spiritual quality to it as well. Al-lah is understood as the true reality, so that phrase is to characterize that Al-lah is above all other realities, and in the end only reality is truth and any thing that fades away is illusion

totally out of place here, I acknowledge that. but, has the Qur'an been subjected to the same level of historic, textual, et.al, criticism that the Old and New Testaments have been? yeah, I'm still listening to this unidimensional, beat...beat...beat... number here. But I saw some comments and thought I'd way/weigh/whea in.
