Sam Hui is my biggest idol when I was young. His songs is full of meaning and life. His lyrics is absolutely correct on our life path. We have to be contended with what we have and live a day at a time. We must always put our best foot forward to bring joy and happiness to others whenever possible as life is too short to grief over all our past mistakes which is the greatest achievement in life.

@mosnaidei Same here. I'm American born and raised, but Sam Hui and Teresa Teng songs are the soundtrack of my childhood.

great job with the translation... this shud make us remember that old song are sooo meaningful especially evergreen ...song nowadays only sing about booties and women part which i find disrespectful....... but older song you rarely find dirty lyrics where the singer sing about smacking butt like akon smack that....i love sam hui
