This resulted from a Mom in Alabama asking her high school son to help with a commercial for the Tea Party she was involved in organizing. Boy, does it slam the message home. Very impressive.
Here is her note:
"I asked Justin if he could help me make a commercial for my group's Tea Party. He sat down at the laptop for about an hour, and then brought this to me and asked, 'is this okay, Mom?' After I finished watching it, my stomach was in my throat.
Everyone that I have sent it to has really enjoyed it, so I wanted my friends to see it. I am so proud!"
A very powerful video...turn up the sound & sit back...!!!

If you mean the 2 wars as in Iraq and Afghanistan then I ask you.

What was so insanely wrong with those wars?

Iraq War saw the utter defeat of a dictator and the installment of democracy.

Afghanistan saw the ousting of the Taliban regime which then gave women some form of freedom in that country.

As for Bush. At least he was a proud American who actually saluted the flag when the national anthem was being played.

  • tea party you are all the ultimate hypocrites. newt gingrich is being supported by your party. you are all liars and totally hypocritical. this man is an adulterer, he represents everything that is not family values, he is a cruel deceiving scum bag who did not pay child support for a time, he cheated on every woman whom he was married to and you support him??? what does that say about your tea party. you are all whores and you are irrational, and are easily persuaded by a glib asshole

  • @andrewfyip You're right. I guess my comments were directed more towards before 9/11. I agree with you. The reason I said that was, because a lot of people my age don't listen to history, and think that what they have is just given and deserved. They don't appreciate what they do have now; and it's awful when I know people sacrifice their lives for our freedom, and they don't even know us. Also, I don't know if you're being sarcastic, but I didn't want to come across rude, and hope I wasn't.

  • @Inlovewithjohnnyd I think my freedoms have been the most limited since 9/11. Sorry, I think the enemies have won a little bit. As much as I supported the wars initially, I don't see how we can sustain a country at two different fronts in a decade long war without raising taxes. It's the first such war to not have been paid for through taxation. You're not rude at all.

  • @relic501 The wars were the only ones were we didn't raise taxes to pay for it. That's what. The dictator was pretty much installed by the west. Iraq is a mess, Afghanistan is a mess. Do not speak for them. The only benefits should be about the United States. What did we get out of it? Being proud of your country doesn't negate bad decisions.

  • @weatherstuff123 They're telling you to fight for something that I'm almost positive is the most precious thing you have. Freedom.

People that complain that we should have peace, and that we should end all war, can't understand that the wars are what gives them the 'right' to even speak their mind. Just like the quote, "If you're not behind our soldiers, please feel free to stand in front of them." I'm not trying to sound rude or anything, that's just my opinion.

  • Loved it!

  • @romantomato No, I disagree, its the pictures and the thoughts and the actions behind them. We have not given up.
