All ten DFL gubernatorial candidates spoke at a forum to delegates of the AFSCME Council 5 Convention in Duluth, MN on October 9, 2009. The candidates responded to the following set of questions about state revenue: Minnesota's next governor will face a budget deficit of up to $7 billion for the next biennium. In this third of three segments, Susan Gaertner, Tom Bakk and Margaret Anderson Kelliher speak to this revenue issue.
