Has Mr. Heller had his voting rights restored?
Amazing what he got for his trouble. And a lot of trouble it was.

Diebold did not fail. They were caught stealing the very liberty our founding fathers and all that have payed the ultimate sacrifice. The liberty to vote freely for representation in government. There should have been a complete investigation beyond Diebold, and all those that were involved should have received life sentences in jail. Funny thing, Diebold was allowed to throw the election in Ohio anyway.

We must not be apathetic toward the loophole of law that lets a man who protects the voting rights from criminal charges.
We must be the change we want.

I think someone should consider the Los Angeles District attorney that felt so strongly that Heller should be convicted. I wonder whose pocket he was in... Furthermore makes you really wonder about some of the other cases he has pursued seeing that or she could have been so passionate about convicting a whistle blower to an issue at the heart of the American democracy!

It is unfortunate that with a Felony conviction that Mr. Heller will no longer be eligible to vote. I hope his conviction can be appealed or the courts will reduce it to a misdemeanor so that his voting rights can be restored. It is a tragedy that an American Hero like Mr. Heller will be denied the right to vote because of his committment to the American voter!

This (above) sounds to me like a thoughtful and accurate analysis of this case. I hope Mr Heller and his attorney are listening and will appeal under these grounds.

I like to think I would have fought this all the way to the SCOTUS. Attorney / CLient privilege shouldn't apply when fraud against the state is at issue, and the lawyers should have been disbarred if they were hiding information about a crime they knew was going to occur on election day.

opps sorry for the repost:
Apologies for fraud? Zero Dollars
Settlement for breach of contract with the Secretary of State of 32 million voters ........ 2.6 million Dollars
Avoiding long-term incarceration in a federal penitentiary for committing mass-voter-fraud and treason? . Priceless!!!
this is a great video, and heller is a true american hero. it is shocking he was forced to pay a fine. he should have been given a million dollars bounty for his great work!

While all kinds of nicely worded laws have been passed that are supposedly to protect patriots and whistleblowers like Heller, they are ineffectual.
We need independent entities to look into instances of whistleblowing and take two types of action: Legal action to protect whistleblowers and/or have bogus convictions like Heller's exonerated, and initiate disciplinary action against the prosecutors and judges who permit this crap to pass; and second: recognize and reward whistleblowers .
