This rocket is 4.5' long and 1.5" round. The fins are made of 22 guage sheet metal. The motor is 4 1.75" long grains in a 1" PVC casing with a Drylok convergance and divergance cone. The rocket fails only after miliseconds into the flight. The end cap of the motor blew off and blew up the bottom of the rocket. As you can see we were able to recover most of the pieces.
