Mark Atkins playing Didgeridoo, Harmonica and Singing

Mark Atkins is a descendant from the Yamitjti people of Western Australian and Irish-Australian heritage.

Mark is a highly accomplished professional didgeridoo player, and he frequently plays all over the world. However, Mark is also a mean guitar player, storyteller and harmonica player, which he can all perform together! Here Mark tells his story of an encounter he had with a Bush Man.

This clip was recorded in the foyer of the Royal Festival Hall, and Mark was accompanied by Rory McDougall and Aaron Choulai, who improvised along.

Yeah, there was no way I could get close with a mic and the acoustics in that area made it sound very muddy. Oh well :)

Mark Atkins is awesome. I like the way he has his Didge and Harmonica setup side by side with the Harp strapped to the mouthpiece of the Didge... 5/5 Stars!
