SUPRISE!! MARATHON! lol
I figure I owe it to you all not posting in a week sheesh! Time flys!
NE WHO! So I've made a decision that is going to maybe possibly make some of you happy but others not so happy idk....but I decided that I'm not posting any more arlft, sotw, or stusa (wait don't feak lol )UNTIL I have finished Underneath This Smile.
The last season of Underneath This Smile is Season 9 so we've got chapters 8 - 20 of Season 8 and than 20 chapters of Season 9 and Underneath This Smile is over.
Anyway I been so busy I owe all of you a HUGE I.O.U. for barely posting but I'm gonna do my post to post at least every other day if not everyday starting now! lol
Anyway I'm done ranting hope you enjoy part 1 of ? of the marathon!

I pulled into the student parking-lot and turned my car off as I got out of it shutting the door glancing towards the stadium.
I could hear the announcer who's voice was coming over the speakers echoing as the crowd cheered.
I locked my car and slowly walked towards the field.

"Oh hey its...Kay right?" One of the girls I had met who was currently running the ticket booth asked and I nodded pulling out my $5 for my ticket.

"Its taken care of actually" she said handing over my ticket as I looked at her confused

"It's taken care of?" I asked and she nodded and than nodded to her right, as I looked up I saw Chris waiting on the other side of the chain-linked fence with a smile on his face.

"He's single you know" she said as she winked at me still holding my ticket out to me.

I cleared my throat and took the ticket heading in his direction trying to get away from the awkward situation. I had no intrest in Chris as anything more than a friend, and why no-one in this world can seem to believe that a boy and a girl can be just simply friends isn't my fault.

"Hey" Chris said as I reached him and we started towards the bleachers which were to the left.

"Hey uh thanks for my ticket" I said putting it in my bag.

"No problem I'm glad you came" he said as we walked up the steps past everyone sitting in the bleachers.

"Yeah uh me too" I said as we took our seats

"Football is kind of the big thing here" he started but I tuned him out after awhile as my phone started buzzing and I began to dig for it in my bag and he sat beside me rambling on.

I finally located my phone and pulled it out a smile growing on my face, inside I had this small little hope that it was Joe and I could leave right now meet him and everything would go back to how it was...okay...My smile feel as I turned the phone over and saw Alex's name across the front screen.

"Hold on a sec" I said clicking send and plugging my other ear.

"Hello?"

"Hey Kay are you here already or driving?" Alex asked and I glanced around at the crowd around my the game infront of me

"Actually I decided not to come home this weekend lex I'm at a football game" I said "why?" I asked curious

"Oh well its nothing ... well its something but I don't want to bug you if your at a game so I b-"

"Lex whats going on?" I asked hearing the tone of her voice, she just didn't sound like Alex.

"Well I don't know if Joe told you but...Did Joe tell you about me and...me and Nick?" she asked quickly and I cleared my throat standing up as the crowd got louder

"I'll be right back" I said to Chris as I hurried out of the crowd

"Okay sorry lex it was kind of loud...no Joe didnt...well didnt Joe tell you about me and Joe?" I asked

"No what about you and Joe?" she asked quickly and I sighed leaning against the wall of the bleachers.

"It doesn't....its nothing whats up with you and Nick?" I asked trying to change the subject...Did Joe tell anybody?

"Hey Wait whats going on with you and Joe is that why he's all down?"

"Lex you called me with a problem remember?" I said and there was silence and I regretted saying it...

"I'm sorry Alex just things have been complicated lately. Ummm Joe and me we....Joe and me broke up" I said quickly but it almost brought tears to my eyes saying it out loud it was like it was setting in even though I had tried to push it aside like it was no big deal

"WHAT? You and Joe broke up? Why? Did you dump him or did he? or-"

"Alex woah just slow down now whats up with you and Nick?"

"Woah That sure explains alot about whats been going on around here" she said

"I can't believe you and Joe- I mean me and Nick and you and Joe?"

"Wait you and Nick? Did you guys break up?" I asked quickly plugging my other ear

"Yeah kinda...I mean he kinda got mad and I got mad and we got in a fight and we haven't talked sense" she said slowly

ahhhh everyone needs to get back together. now. and chris needs to find his own girlfriend...maybe the girl at the ticket booth, she seems nice enough for him
