i agree here in Canada they solved a murder after 40 years and the guy who did it was in jail for doing the exact crime to other people rape and kidnapping but some of his victims did not die and he went to jail for that in the 70's for the same crime and he was about to be paroled this year and on his paper work it said he was a high risk to do it again and they were still going to release him until they solved the 40 year old murder

Few people would disagree with the black lady. If a criminal has kidnapped and raped anyone, the criminal has forfeited his rights. He should be implanted with chips to be tracked and monitored all the time.
