Exercises are: 1. Standing bar sumo squats 2. Cable kickbacks with 60 lb. plates on the right side 3. Cable kickbacks on the left side with 50 lb. plates 4. Standing lunge with pair of 15 lb. dumbbells on the right side 4. Standing lunge with pair of 15 lb. dumbbells on the left side, 5. Standing lunge with 15 lb. dumbbells on the right side
Equipment used: 45 lb. bar, pair of 15 lb. dumbbells, cable machine with loaded plates

Thanks for sharing Cathy. Awesome cable kick backs. It works all the way down the erectors to the glutes and to the hamstring. You look fabulous as always. But unless you are getting a cut from the auto body shop please stay away from that window. You will be causing accidents.
