@HamdhanA330 Not all Etihad planes might have that feature, try to get on an Airbus A330-200 like the one in this video. Personally I think it's a fancy feature, to allow you to see the world when inside the toilet

Not sure on that one, but ANA also put toilet windows on their new 787. I don't think it's common.
