What?
With One Voice programs aim to recognise each unique voice. The programs bridge social capital and assist migrants and others to develop a sense of belonging, new networks and employment pathways. Participants develop leadership potential, build self esteem, communication and creative skills. They also learn how to work as a team. When many diverse voices come together as "one voice" on a regular basis the outcomes are transformational.
Who?
Employees of all ages interested in singing with others - from corporations, government, etc. and offering opportunities for participation and/or providing assistance to less fortunate members of our society.
Why?
Our society is fragmented and we are losing our connection with other people and ability to communicate and express ourselves. This is leading to a breakdown of fundamental human values, family, organisations and community and a rise in chronic ill health (obesity, diabetes etc.), mental illness, child abuse etc.
