He lost credibility when he remarked that the line was supplemented with union thugs. If these were thugs, why were they not under arrest. Why? Because they were just union members. Not thugs.

This being the case, Limbaugh DID NOT engage in "HATE SPEECH" and by Media Matters accusing him of this, in my opinion, they are LIABLE for damages. This would be under "defamation of character" or "character assassination" at the VERY LEAST. Go read the legal definitions and see if they fit your all's comments. MSNBC did this when they ran the story of the Tea Party being racist by zooming in on a machine gun at a rally, when it was being carried by a black man. Painted it like it was Bubba.

In law, hate speech is any speech, gesture or conduct, writing, or display which is forbidden because it may incite violence or prejudicial action against or by a protected individual or group, or because it disparages or intimidates a protected individual or group. The law may identify a protected individual or a protected group by race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or other characteristic. Union workers and/or politicians are not protected classes.

@snapcase55 You are correct that the Nazi party was fundamental right. But one thing that you fail to realize is there is almost a "ring" effect to political positioning. Just as far to the as the Nazi's are to the right is just as dangerous. Most people on the extreme far left like Pelosi, Obama, Clinton (who is of Illuminati blood via the Rothschild bloodline), believe that they are where they are to rule over the masses because we are incapable of governing ourselves. JUST AS DANGEROUS.

@theseeker88 You're wrong regarding Limbaugh's as well as most other conservative's view points regarding Union workers. If you truly believe that you are being victimized, let me warm heartedly correct you. It is not the average Joe worker that brings opposition. It is the Union LEADERSHIP. And the muscle that the political arm of the Unions use to bully their point home. Those that would resort to violence if told to by Union leadership. These are who catch the flack. @theseeker88 The reason John was assassinated was three fold. One, he spoke out against secret societies, therefore, for all intents and purposes, outspoken against his family roots. Two, he was trying to shut Cuba's gaming down. Finally, 3 weeks before his assassination, at a tent revival he was visiting while in Tampa, FL he publicly responded to the gospel and professed Christ as his Savior. This did not set well with the Luciferian brethren. Kennedy became a liability to the "familys" plan

@theseeker88 supporters at his funeral. I believe that is a fair question. There is no doubt in my heart, that Ted Kennedy was an evil man at heart. When he speaks to a fellow senator and refers to his 13 year old daughter as someone he'd like to "hit", I'm sorry. I say for a man of his age to even be looking at a 13 year old girl like that is the thoughts of a child molester. Is that hate speech? No, that's commentary on observation. The most disturbing THING about limbaugh is that his show is played EVERY DAY on the ARMED FORCES RADIO NETWORK!!
Our soldiers/Sailors/Marines/Airmen listen to his hate speech 365 days a year. You don't think that has an effect on how they do their jobs??? It effected me when I was in the Navy.......
It took a few years to get over limbaugh's effect upon me, and to begin to think clearly once again.
