I cant stand all these people crying about scrapping this or anything. When it was for sale on the side of the road for a couple hundred bucks nobody wants it but when they scrap it all of the sudden the hood is worth $800 the seats go for $300 each and the rear end would have got $5000. If you put enough money into it EVERY VEHICLE THAT GETS SCRAPPED CAN BE FIXED. Stop crying its is now part of the can of beer you are sobbing over. Thats why i took the comnts off the one I trashed that ran boho

I go to the scrap yard 5 times a week cause im out of work and I sell the vintage appliances people bring in. I now make more money than I ever did and the shit job I had a Citibank. Selling what people think is trash. Let them remain ignorant. Its good for business....

You have got to be kidding me? There is few things like this left. Yeah no one wants it? i know this saounds dummber then hell, but keep it. pass it down the family. Until its the last of its kind left. Then its worth more then you would think. My family has been passing down a 63 fastback. yeah i said 63. it was a prototype. 5 made. 3 got out. we have one now. And instead of trashing it we kep it only to find out what we actually had. :) never letting this car go.

@Dave8teen Absolutely correct. If these tired worn out old appliances are so valuable, people would be standing in line to buy them. Those who object to scrapping old vehicles should buy them, preserve them, store them, restore them and then after 20 years give them away for a few dollars to some "collector" or part them out. Put up or stop your whining. This vehicle is over 30 year old, it has paid for itself many times over, probably 300,000 plus miles on it.
