Actually, that would be pretty cool. I would like people to refer to my pad using a descriptive adjective as part of the name (even if they could call it is, "Shitty Tampa Apartment").

Anyone notice that everyone keeps referring to Wayne Manor as "Stately" Wayne Manor? They treat it like the adjective, "stately" is part of its actual name.

That's part of the charm. They call Robin "Boy Wonder" too and sometimes describe dick as Bruce's "youthful ward"
