Thanks for watching my video!!!

This is the little two mile town that i grew up.
The corner shot is where my childhood best friend and I used to meet to walk to each other's house (it was the halfway mark!).
The 9th Street playground is completely locked! I couldn't swing. :(
And one of my best friends is on the board of council for the boro (go anna!).
The church featured is the church that my grandparents were married. They were together for 57 years.
Also featured the old #2 firehall where my father was a life member and I was a junior member.
Can't forget the bowling alley.
The Glassport Dari Delight that has the best ice cream!
The staduim where I spent many Friday nights playing drums in the marching band.
There is always some kind of construction going on in the area!
The elementary school that I attended used to be the high school. My grandfather graduated from the school.
Fuzzy's is a local deli. They have great Italian hoagies! Don't forget to wash it down with a Turner's Ice Tea!
Also in the video is the slated street! It's only one in the whole town.

Credits: Google Maps and "This City" Patrick Stump feat. Lupe Fiasco. The footage was shot by me so please do not take it! The camera I used was an Olympus Pen Pl-3.

Good luck to all the other contestants!

PS Patrick, I will see you on Halloween night in Washington DC and I can't wait!!!! :)

  • My late mother-in-law was born here and was married at St. Cecelia's. Her father owned a bowling alley and survived the Depression in good shape. She shared so many great memories of the town.

  • Grew up on Spruce Way and still come back every year!
