Hi, Good on you - there are many places that need volunteers - hospitals, emergency services, schools, meals on wheels, etc. the sky is the limit. Think about what you are interested in and volunteer in a similar area. Try to stick to a recognised volunteer organisation that has a good reputation and follows policy and guidelines. Have fun!

I have no idea what this comment has to do with volunteering! This video was made for Riverland Volunteering Pathways - a small community centre in South Australia - for the 50,000000th time, I have no connection whatsoever to scientology and do not wish to have further comments regarding scientology on my video. If you looked at my other vidoes you would see that i am actually a Christian. thankyou.

Being a volunteer with Marine Rescue NSW, I just love this video. I get so tired of people I know (and love!) who are in "paid" employment 'ridiculing' me for so many hours of volunteer work. This video helps to raise awareness that volunteers are people too...that they get get tired doing their "job" even if they don't receive a paycheck for the work we do!
