He did not called rats and cockroaches to his people but to those rebels. Nato steped way beyond its mandate of protecting civilians. If Qadafi was fleeing then Nato had no justification to attack his convoy since they were only allowed to protect civilians against heavy weopens.

This whole drama served only Nato and America and as far as libiyan people are concern it is just a start of difficulties. Their real problems starts now. 70,000 libiyan lifes = Democracy what an irony!!
