Matt Barlow is my all time favorite vocalist, it really is neat to hear his voice in a song outside of metal, in this song he has a beautiful voice. Granted there are some Iced Earth songs where his voice could be considered to be beautiful, but they were still metal, and his voice was nothing like this.

this album is very weird... at least for me, the more i Heard the more i liked it... once my favourite album was the bone carver with larger advance, but now... musics like this or touched by the mara, are on my top list of all time metal tracks, have something unique on them... can be powerfull in a way and so gentle in other :D greetings Pyramaze fans
