so what does this really mean? have things really REALLY turned ? the places in my development cherry tree walk carlsbad have been selling nicely at obviously lower prices. but they are still selling quite nicely. 1999 = 150K 2005= 500K 2009 = 400K 2010 211 ???? did I miss my chance at a great deal on old carlsbad ?
