  • Love this programme, but they forgot to mention the one other major irritation of air travel:

    The screaming baby

  • Ahh but that plane in New York a few months back DID land on water. Clever cloggs!

  • i hate it when a kid kicks my seat behind i feel like launching em across the plane.

  • i,d love to see jayne moore in her bikini she is the sexiest woman on this programme!

  • The stewardesses do a good job, but you can't really see how to operate the safety items when you're trying to peer over the heads of other people who are doing the same thing, when the air hostess is halfway down the aisle.

  • Jane Moore is gorgeous; suspect I could not tempt-her to a camper-van, guess Jane is a hotel with nice-restaurant 'girl',

  • @Chazzoli Which then grows up, and becomes the child that kicks that back of your chair for the entire flight.

  • Reminds me why I hate going on holiday.

    Would rather go to cornwall

  • @EnigmaDrath nearly, its so emergency crews can see inside.

  • "a fat person airborne" LOL

  • Aww, bless. I do the whole "listen intently during safety procedures" bit. I was once on a late flight and more than half the passengers had already put on their sleep masks and headphones before we'd even left the gate. Most everyone else was either looking outside or reading while the hostesses did the safety thing and you could tell they were a bit put off that 95% of the passengers was ignoring them. I felt so bad for them I made sure to lean forward and pay extra attention, nodding along XD

  • For safety reasons, I assume. Doubtful that closing a window shade will cause the plane to crash, but in the event of a crash closed windows would obstruct the crew from assessing the situation outside. Imagine something goes wrong during landing or takeoff, like, say, an engine falls off. The crew can spot it through the windows and relay it to the pilots, since the pilots themselves cannot see the rest of the plane from the cockpit.
