Thanks, Sue! You will feel the hip hinge in both glutes, but more in the side that you're rotating towards (when you rotate), and then when you return to starting position, you'll feel it perhaps more in the opposite side (that of the rear leg). :)

Hey sarah, great vid!! question, in the staggered hip hinge, should I be feeling the work in one bun more than the other, or both equally?
