i think its happening to me man its like a cycle i dont know been happening for like 5 or 6 months ..i had the same especially anxiety and panic attacks... oh and how long will these symptoms last man cause i swear im going through the same like how should i approach this.. and also how will the outcome feel? do you feel normal now? also will you be able to feel blissful

i had the lot......rapid heart beat social anxiety depression...astrel traveling. out of body experience, dimentional shifts, started when ii had a near death experience.....but now feels like im more spiritual and on 4th dimention rather than 3rd

Thanks Igor for having the courage to post this! I think a lot of people, including me, are starting to experience panic attacks in concert with spiritual awakening and more people need to be talking about it!
