  • arg this dude doesn't review games he says nothing at all

  • @crazymiles

True video games will probably never have as much depth as books, but there is one thing that video games has the advantage in, and that's atmosphere, which is a huge thing in telling a good story. I hope that developers will grow up and start making games that people can connect to intellectually. But no, I don't believe that all video game stories suck.

  • @crazymiles

That's a rather broad statement. True a lot of game's narratives are.....to say the least rather unfortunate, but I believe that video games have the potential of telling fantastic stories. For example, the game Limbo can tell so much by telling very little. Another example is Rule of Rose, which engages the player into unraveling the mystery of the narrative.

  • How the hell do you compare a survival horror game with psychological horror? Of course it's not going to be anything like Resident Evil 2.

  • @Geminilion100

I love Silent Hill. However, in saying that the story is "amazing," you are outing yourself as an illiterate. Only people who don't read at all could think that a video game story--ANY video game story--is anything other than forgettable and sub-par. ALL video game stories are crap.

  • How can you review a game in 1 minute? It's like he played this game up to the diner and then quit.

  • oh shit.......RE2 was like RE4 and 5 back then.........only fanboys who never played the first one like it

  • Why didn't you mention the amazing and immersive story that totally dominates over Resident Evil?

  • Did this reviewer even play the game all the way through? This game is ANYTHING but silent...
