New diet plan to add to my fitness routine. 1/2 of plate is comprised of non-starchy vegetables/fruit, 1/4 is starchy veggies/whole grain and 1/4 is protein/meat. Let's start it up!
u have to make decision..1st stop calling it a diet..when u do tht u reach ur goal then u eat again like never b4. this is a life changing decision not a diet. u have to live like this for the rest of your life.
@7justwill Yeah, I'm well aware. I'm just calling it a "diet" because it's easier to title videos and explain things that way. I fully plan on doing this for the rest of my life- that's why its set up in such a simple way. I know the difference between a "lifestyle change" and a "fad diet" but, as previously stated, its just easier to refer to the change as a "diet" for video purposes etc.
