I noticed a car stopped in turn 4. They kept on racing with the car just stopped up there?
I have a question also. With the marshall with a yellow flag in turn 4, can the cars pass? Wouldn't of been more logical to go ahead and go full course yellow and get the car out of the way?

the cars can carry on racing _ all drivers made aware of stopped car through raceciever communications race control to driver system.the race director makes the calls and decides when to go full course yellow.
