  • @subongkosh I agree with you, WTF?

  • You should never kick in an upwards motion otherwise you will find yourself with a nasty elbow in your shin and trust me it hurts haha

  • @subongkosh agreed, when pad training you don't want to use shin guards, you need to condition your shins by kicking without guards.
