  • @RedRoost80 then you got yourself a deal... I got mine for around 1600

  • Note that this video is also over a year old, I'm pretty sure they fixed this problem

  • @eli6844 Actually its only over 4 months old and there are scattered reports over online forums about ppl still having problems. I don't think alienware has issues with QC but there's always an oddball once in a while. Most M15X's have a slight flex but I just happened to have one which was on the extremes. I encourage everyone to still go out and get a M15X. It's a beast. If anyone has issues, the next business day tech support solves it all.

  • Wow thats bad. I thought my laptop had flex issues.

  • @rockgod2131 yes I know but fortunately, they sent in a replacemment and fixed it rightaway

  • Why man? U put me off now, I might not buy the m15x because of the flex, is that comon fault or is it just one off?

  • Don't get me wrong. This is an amazing laptop

  • Keyboard flex is a good thing :D

  • mine is bad aswell i've had it for a few moths would they replace it, i never saw this problem at first.

  • idk i had a m15x and it didnt have flex in the keyboard. but it was a piece of junk and after working with alienware's tech support for over a year with reoccurring problems they finally replaced my m15x with a brand new m17xr3 for all the trouble. its the base model of the m17xr3 but its way better then the m15x by far. i can play BF3 on high and have no problems. if your going to buy alienwares laptops get the m17xr3 or better.

  • @wally19 ...

  • Wally19 ...

  • its not supposed to be pressed hard

just gentle light taps on the keys

  • dont fat finger keys and there isnt a problem ;D

  • Also, a lot of people can't afford these kind of machines, kids in Africa would probably be happy to eat one, and you're moaning over a little bit of flex caused by pressing parts of the laptop that aren't even meant to be pressed.

    Shame on you!

  • Dude those aren't keys you silly billy! If you press the actual keys that are around them you don't get half as much flex because the actual keys move up and down. Those are solid plates of metal with no give, of course it's going to flex!

Who's a silly sausage? That's right! You are.
