I feel the same way about the AIG executive bonuses as I do about this kind of towing. Any time I'm scratching my head saying, "There HAS to be something illegal about this." Just because they're not breaking any laws doesn't mean it's ethical! That's why I call them "scum".

I hope one day a whole company of towing get massacred, this will make the nation change or regulate these a-holes..

So why are they towing cars?

i live in a 3rd world country in asia. car thieves...criminals...steal cars because of poverty..but this video shows stupidity

@mrbeatnikjd When it comes to predatory towing, I don't even know where to begin. Laws are broken on so may levels: car theft, extortion, & IMO, even the RICO act. Just because the "thief" happens to use a tow truck, doesn't make it any less illegal. I'd like to buy a tow truck & then.
1. Start towing tow trucks (LOL)
2. Start towing the vehicles of police officers/their families.
Obviously I know the ultimate outcome/risk, but it would still be fun/ny while It (however briefly) lasted, lol

@VoodooPolitico The mall has posted paper signs warning people NOT TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. For the record, we don't know whether the alleged victims in the video left the premises. No City action has been taken on this issue. The focus in Falls Church has since turned to:
1) noisy pre-dawn garbage collection
2) ending Sunday hours at the City's one library
3) terminating a City public transit bus that taxpayers subsidized at $8 per ride.
It's a hard life in Falls Church, no?
