  • He wrote and directed Joe versus the Volcano - every time I sit down to write I just think of that film and it stops me in my tracks. It is my favourite film of all time, there is just so much going on at all kinds of levels. I think what he teaches you is that it can't be taught, it has to be original.

  • THAT SNIPER IS A SPY

  • Hey fucker, why don't you read some of his other plays? The man is a genius. He's written some of the most remarkable modern plays to come out of North America in the last thirty years. Who the fuck are you? Some nobody with a computer.

  • Really? Could you tell him there's an actress in training in Toronto who idolizes him and has read every one of his plays and has performed two of his female leads so far and thinks he's the absolute most wonderful thing in the world?? Thanks. I love this playwright. He writes the very best roles for women out there; few male playwrights understand women like he does or are even as curious as he about the complexities of women.

  • he is my cousin!

  • Boom. Head shot.
