Can you imagine? He knows his stuff is so good he opens with a song that most would save for the end. What a man. No men like this around these days.

Diddley was the man! Cool bass player too. Punky cat,

I found this when my favorite version was missing from my playlist. is there any justification for this from (google) one of the problems with this country is that young people DON'T KNOW DIDDLY! and they won't have a chance to find out as long as the thought police are allowed to erase history.

BO was my friend and I will miss him the rest of my life. I work in Fla. in the winter months,,had I been there when he died,,I'd have been at that funeral. I JUST COULDN'T GO. When I was IN RADIO,,BO was the very first recording star I ever booked. TeenDanceLand 1958 WELLSVILLE,OHIO (above the post office) MANY MEMORIES see my webpage THEMOJOMAN(dot)COM keep on keepin on.
Never a cliche' to say:..."Legend, Pioneer, Original or Eternal Influence" when discussing the late Ellas McDaniel. Emerging out of a very different America than exists today; crossing Musical/Racial/Gender & Socio-Economic lines; Bo changed the face & concept of Popular Music. It's an Attestation to the Magnitude of his Contributions that they're still heard throughout the Spectrum of Modern Music. These 80's Shows are a Testimonial to the Affectionate Universality of the Man, Music & Message.
