My mother's department at her job relocated to a newly built building on another part of the college campus, the Bookstore has a few new price scanners for the customers and I'm just tinkering around with them before the college IT department comes down in a few days to install and lock them down to Kiosk Mode (for which I'll probably hack later on for fun.)
I already know how to hack it out of Kiosk Mode. Just hold down buttons B and C to reboot it, and then once it says "System Initialization Phase 1" hold down buttons A and D. Then, it should ask you for a password. Follow the instructions in the window, entering DDBAC as the password.

@flarn2006 Yup, only if the store wasn't smart and changed the default manufacturers password.

Hey man THX for the shoutout.
You should keep one of these units. I would and just play around on it. I'm gonna put these 2 parts on my PSP if that's cool. It's a shame that these units don't run flash b/c I was hoping to see one of my vids playing on it.

@coondogtheman1234 No prob man, putting it on your PSP is fine with me. Those things are like 500 dollars I believe, don't think I could easily keep one for myself lol and yeah I can't even run most apps on there because it runs out of RAM easily. This vid was a "take 2" because when I went to your channel on desktop view IE Mobile used up all of the RAM and I had to force reboot it. I was up there the other day and I don't even know where they are now (probably back room) or IT dept has them.
