  • All BS ... it was for VIPs for comfort mobility. HOW many privates had a Jeeps ?

  • Motorcycles are MORE efficient and beneficial.

  • When I was a little kid not only did most of my uncles and older people in my rural area have Willy's Jeeps we also had a plethora of Army Mules. One of my uncles who fought in WW2 was in the Army when they transitioned away from Horses and Mules. The "Army Mule" was a very reliable beast who could operate off-road and in low temp's where Jeeps and Trucks would freeze up. Jeep was a TRUE "Modern Marvel" of its day! Great Video, Thanks for posting.

  • The Germans too relied heavily on horses. All their mechanized stuff was about 25/30% percent of the whole army. The leading forces of the Blitzkrieg doctrine had all of the tanks/motorcycles/halftracks and so on and so on but in the rear the main portion of of the armies travelled by foot/horses and bicycles.

  • lol imagine going to war in a glorified VW bug

  • Love my '98 Wrangler. There's only one.

  • @ultimatehunter101 '59 CJ5

  • @godofwar2master it's actually Willy's after John Willys.

  • Show demais!
