Note - I was caught off guard regarding the following..... If you delete a video from Jing History - it will delete that video from ScreenCast, your hard drive, YouTube, and wherever else you used Jing to save your video. No warnings - it just deletes the file from wherever Jing was used to saved it. Of course, you can make another copy the file after using Jing to save it - then the copy will remain even after the file is deleted from Jing History.
