the completed version of my 1:400 scale wreck model. i realise its not very faithful to the real thing but i tried my best :P.

@1999UTD rust is an insidious thing. it takes only a couple hours for rust to become visible to the eye on steel. i work with steel n sometimes if we take a long lunch we can come back to tiny visible pieces of rust. the chemical reaction by water is actually dissolving the steel. one day titanic will be nothing but a few brass pieces of metal on the ocean floor. sad

just cut a gash in the hull then bend the top deck over. its easy enough

you need to get rid of that dark brown color and go for a rusty color to make it look like it's rusted
