  • The Motormouse is easily one of the best ideas I have seen on Dragon's Den. Glad to know they are doing well. Well deserved indeed and I wish them the best.

  • I purchased one of your products, the silver sports car wireless version by chance on a flight. I am using it right now, and it's one of the best I've owned to date. I know you can also adjust the sensitivity but if you could place some sort of an indicator on the mouse to show which sensitivity the mouse is on, it would be awsome. Overall, very happy and looking forward to your future products :)

  • James is a genius! He's 100% correct when he says the investment in people will bring in the cash vs. the idea itself

  • @amalemin as I understood it he would pay them directly 120K to get 50% of what was worth 240K... so that 120 would go back to the couple in exchange for the equity, rather than a tradition investment in the business itself... I may be seeing that wrong though so I am not in a position to question if you saw it differently. But in the end that deal didn't materialize... and what James really wanted to do was be partners with these folks in all sorts of ventures and use their skills.. great move

  • I'm confused about the offer James made....

    He offered £120,000 for 50%.

But...... you two put in £240,000 so if he puts in £120,000 then what would be fair would be for James to get 33.3%.

I got lost on that bit and thought "am I the only genuis around" !!

PLUS..... I don't trust James, I think he is very shifty (obviously you won't think the same), but I felt he was acting and knew what he was doing, which was why he accepted 40% (still better than 33.3%)..

  • sheesh, James Caan always goes for 50%. Shrewd business man, like it!
