I got excited when I saw the Angel Knives, thats all... I was like where did all the grip go/ I think you and me may be the only ones who remember the original maddness Dave through down with those. I will not be a FD this year, I have a kids program that weekend. Spin some fire for me. Hope to see you soon! <3

Do these feel heavy while spinning? im thinking on ordering a set from amazon. They look pretty nice :)

@Inpsydout Of course they are going to be a little heavier than a regular set of poi due to the extra metal, but I do not think it gets in the way of spinning. You will be happy :) Let me know if you have any other questions

I think you forgot what the Angel wings were really about!! These were originally designed by Dave Barron as an adaptation for contact staff, maybe you should call them poi torches instead, that is what they are , right?

Yes these are a little different from the originial angel wing design that Dave Barron created many many years ago, but they are the same basic idea. When we use them we use them more like poi with the ability to bring them into torches, but they have the gripping to be used as angel wings as well. I haven't forgotten its original use, and when asked about them, Dave is always credited for the original design, and for what he can do with them.
Are we gonna see you at FD this year?
