  • is it yours?

you better have taken it racing like that :D

  • I wish it was...kindof. Put a Ford modular motor in it, then I would like it more ;) I helped this guy build it being he hasn;t really built a car from the ground up by himself. I was trying to convince him to at least drive it like that. We did it in his neightborhood, this is by his shop. I really wanted to rangle it out like this, but it's not fun until the engine is broken in and you can rev it up to the limit.

  • @mattingly50187 was that at 30 mph? without brakes being used?

  • @mattingly50187

No you wouldn't be. I've seen plenty of cars T-Boned and the passengers lived.

  • @timmilus84 build a gt 40 kit car and put a Mod motor in it. or rebuild a wrecked ford gt. i love Ford gt40's but im a chevy man and for years i was like i want a chevy powered gt40. but this is just as cool if not cooler

  • @inagod the gtm biggest problem with going above 150 mph is the transaxle, the gear ratios are made for getting to 150 mph fast but generally doesnt go much faster than 150 mph

  • @Curveball they are safer than corvettes and if you got t-boned in 99% of modern cars at above 30 mph you would be dead

  • I like the car, but man if you get t-boned in it you're dead.

  • I'm a Ford guy, obviously. The LS engines are awesome engines, I just prefer DOHC. Also, why would an LS7 engine make the car faster than say...the GT motor? Plus you can easily get the GT engine over 700hp without taking it apart: smaller S/C pulley, headers and exhaust, and a tune. Again, not saying that the LS engines are bad, just not my preference. Ford Modulars are just as good, each has their weaknesses and strengths.

  • factory five.

  • well i always though a car should be a character building experience

  • all i want is the chassis were can i get one
