If u read the video article, you would realize it is an opening scene from a ps2 gundamgame. It is common for vg, particular for gundam, to have crossovers such as this.

To sum things up, this is real and not fanmade

The White Base was from the original Mobile Suit Gundam. Which came out in 1979.
