Exams in Welsh universities are interesting, they always give us the instructions in Welsh first and I always think I've forgotten how to understand english for about 10 seconds..

I started learning Welsh when I was 3 and French when I was 13/14 but I'm more fluent in French... explain that... (government)

Also, I'm now 24 and can't really remember much of either.
