It's quite impossible for them to meet each other while there is a high-enough eletric fence between two countires.

@sangyuni96 The MDL markers are spread out along the DMZ, so its not uncommon to run into North Korean forces in this shared patrol area...

Having served at Pan mun Jom, this scene is very common.. As a Infantry unit on patrol along the 38th parallel you would often run into a North Korean Patrol. The most unnerving events would happen during night patrols, many times you would get fired upon....
